Thanks so much for stopping by! We are genuinely glad you are here. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules of the road when you use our website or purchase products from our farmstand — whether you are shopping online or visiting us in person.

Everything we sell is made in small batches, grown with care, or raised right here on our farm in Arkansas. Because of that handcrafted nature, a few things work a little differently for us than they do for big retailers — so please take a moment to read through these terms. They are written in plain English because we believe in honest, straightforward communication with every customer.

By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, we are always happy to talk.

2. Our Products

We offer a growing range of small-batch, handcrafted, and farm-fresh goods, including:

• Herbal Products — including mullein and other botanical goods, prepared in small batches.
• Garden Amendments — worm castings and related soil-health products.
• Live Products — live worms, subject to seasonal availability and our Live Arrival Guarantee (see Section 6).
• Food & Beverages — lemonade, BBQ, and other handcrafted food items made fresh in small batches.
• Other Small-Batch Goods — seasonal and specialty items as available.

Seasonal Availability

Product availability changes with the seasons and depends on batch size. If something you love is out of stock, check back soon — or reach out and we will do our best to let you know when it is back.

Food Allergen Notice

Our food products are made in small batches in a kitchen that may handle a variety of ingredients, including common allergens. Please read all product descriptions carefully before ordering. If you have questions about ingredients, contact us before purchasing.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We do our best to keep things consistent, but as a small-batch operation, input costs can shift — and our prices may reflect that.

Please note that prices at our in-person farmstand may differ from prices listed on our website. Applicable Arkansas sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout, whether online or in person.

4. Ordering & Payment

We want the ordering process to be as easy as picking something up at the farmstand. Here is what to expect:

• Online payments are processed securely through our website checkout. Accepted methods are displayed at checkout.
• In-person payments at the farmstand may include cash and card options as posted on-site.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your online order is placed. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if anything looks off.
• We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship online orders via USPS or a comparable carrier. Here is what you can expect:

Processing Time: Typically 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise noted on item listing.

Carrier: USPS or comparable carrier

Live Product Shipping Days: Monday through Wednesday only (to avoid weekend transit delays)

Shipping Costs: Calculated and displayed at checkout

Local Pickup: May be available — contact us to arrange

Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier after shipment. If you experience a shipping issue, we encourage you to contact us — we will always do our best to help.

6. Live Arrival Guarantee

We take special care when shipping live worms, and we stand behind our product. Here is our Live Arrival Guarantee:

• Live worms are guaranteed to arrive alive when shipped according to our care and handling procedures and received as directed.
• If a significant portion of your order arrives dead, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the package contents.
• Based on the situation, we will offer a replacement order or store credit at our discretion.

Important: Package Must Be Received Promptly

The Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply if the package sits unattended for an extended period after delivery, or if delivery instructions were not followed. Live worms need to be received and unpacked in a timely manner. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

7. Refunds & Returns

Because we sell perishable, live, and handcrafted food products, all sales are generally final. We appreciate your understanding — this is the nature of what we grow and make.

That said, we are reasonable folks. Here are the exceptions:

• Non-perishable items that arrive damaged or defective may be eligible for replacement or store credit.
• Replacements or Store Credits are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the request.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was ours — in which case we will make it right.
• Live products and food items are not eligible for refund, except as covered under Section 6 (Live Arrival Guarantee).

If something is not right with your order, please reach out. We would rather hear from you and find a solution than have you walk away unhappy.

8. Herbal Product Disclaimer

Our herbal products — including mullein and any other botanicals we carry — are sold as botanical and herbal goods only. They are not medicines, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.

• Statements about our herbal products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

• By purchasing our herbal products, you acknowledge that you are doing so for personal, non-medical use and accept responsibility for your own choices.

9. Limitation of Liability

We stand behind what we sell, but we also need to be clear about the limits of our responsibility:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use — or inability to use — our products or our website.
• In any case, our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price you paid for the specific product in question.
• This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, our website, or any purchase made with us will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Arkansas.
